Motorcraft Show Car Request Form

• The show car fee will be $750 per day, due 14 days before your event, payable to Wood Brothers Racing and includes all transportation costs and related expenses.
• The car will be scheduled according to geographical region. In most instances, the car will be in the vicinity where the Sprint Cup race is being held that weekend.
• Show car appearances scheduled on consecutive days must be within 100 miles of each other.
• This schedule defrays costs as the distance between appearances will be minimized.
• Show car usage should be combined with other needs in your Market/Region area to allow for maximum brand exposure.
• Merchandising items will be provided with the show car to distribute during the appearance.
• Please complete and submit the request form below no later than
  20 days prior to the first show. Submit form to Yvonne Harrison, FCSD Show Car Coordinator at

• Show cars are scheduled on a first come, first served basis based on availability.
• Please choose your highest traffic 6 to 7 hour window timeframe for the show car’s appearance.
