FIELD RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete the 2020 Season Motorsport Ticket MAP Worksheet and submit to mstalla2@ford.com to request LIMITED GSO-Funded tickets-only packages (NHRA)
• Complete the 2020 Season Motorsport Ticket Request Worksheet and submit to mstalla2@ford.com to request Region/Dealer/FAD-funded tickets
• FCSD reserves the right to cancel or modify these programs at their discretion
• PLEASE REFERENCE the Motorsport Calendar for scheduled race events
• Host tickets are included in ticket allocation; no additional tickets will be provided
• Market Areas are required to have Region hosts at all hospitality events.

TAX LIABILITY
Market Areas will be responsible for 1099/tax liability for all program attendees:

• 1099 value for NASCAR race tickets is $106 per person/day
• 1099 value for NHRA race tickets including hospitality is $300 per person/day-NHRA tickets-only single day packages are valued at $50 per person
